I think that people have a right to their beliefs and opinions as long as they don't impose anything on anyone else. For example, I think people have the right to have racist, sexist, or homophobic views, but they don't have the right to discriminate. Same sex marriage is legal now, and she doesn't have the right to deny couples the right to marriage. If it goes against her religion, she should quit her job. If she doesn't want to quit her job, she should meet her job description and give out marriage licenses. She has the right to be against gay rights, but the court decided same sex marriage is legal, and one woman's beliefs shouldn't interfere with same sex couples getting their license. If she refuses to give them a license, I feel she should be fired because she is not doing her job. States and counties should not be able to decide either. It is a federal court decision and it should be respected.
